Rifle grenade
Walking up a stream after a flood, I came across an Austrian Zeitzunder Gewehrgranate model 1915.
I do not usually deal with grenades, but this one caught my attention because a special friction igniter triggered the fuse. It can therefore be assumed to be almost completely inert.
It was loaded with an explosive composed of ammonal (also used in France for mines), with a strong almond acrid smell.
I'd like to point out that any bomb must be reported to authorities and above all must not be touched, especially if you have no idea what it is.
